Event Policy
Thank you for your interest in our “Stepping Out Vintage” events!
All participants must abide by the laws of the City of Toronto. We expect participants to treat one another with respect or you will be asked to leave with no refund. If you have any problems during the event, please report the problem to one of the organizers immediately.
Restrictions
- Paid Ticketed events – 19+
- Paid ticketed events will go on rain, snow, or shine. In the event of extreme weather (ie. city-wide shut downs), please check your email and our social media channels for updates.
- All sales for ticketed events are final and non-refundable. However, in the unfortunate event that you are no longer able to join us, passes may be transferred to another participant through private sale. Buying through private sale is conducted at your own risk.
- Free Events – all ages – Free/Public
Legal
By attending a Stepping Out Vintage event, participants acknowledge and agree that Stepping Out Vintage (the “Company”) shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by any participant or any third party, whether physical, emotional, or financial, during or as a result of the event. Participants attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions and well-being. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and assumes no liability for any claims or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the event.
By attending a Stepping Out Vintage event, you give permission to be photographed or filmed by the organizers.
